01
Script
Based on the brief, we brainstormed the core message and defined the right tone of voice: one that speaks directly to the audience and represents the brand authentically. Then we shaped it into a tightly-worded script using a storytelling approach: identifying the problem, and showing the solution.
- Messaging
 - Tone of voice

02
Storyboard
This is where we sketch the story (literally).
We translate the script into a rough visual outline of how the story will play out on screen. It’s unpolished and meant to give an early sense of the structure and flow.

- Flow and rhythm of the story
 - Visual Concept

03
Styleframes
Next, we take 3-4 key visuals from the storyboard and fully design them to define the overall visual language from the color palette and illustration style to typography, UI elements and character styles.
- Colors & font
 - Illustration & character style
 - UI/product or brand elements

04
Design
Now we design all the visuals, based on the approved storyboard and style frames. At this stage, the story is fully visualized in a static format, giving you a clear picture at how each scene will visually appear.
- Content accuracy
 - UI and text clarity
 - Visual representation of concepts

Boardomatic
Think of this as a visual dry run. We place the final voiceover against the static designs in sequence. This sets direction for the phase that follows.
- Visual flow
 - Communication flow

06
Animation
Here’s where the designs come alive. We animate the designs by adding movement, transitions, and timing that complement the message. We pace it to match with the voiceover following a rhythm.
- Timing and pacing
 - Transitions

07
Sound Design
We add sound effects (SFX) to create an atmosphere and add a layer of depth. Punctuating key moments and bringing emotional cues to life.
